Job Summary: We are seeking a cleaning operator to perform cleaning and disinfection tasks, waste management, and maintenance of common areas, applying biosafety protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and disinfection of various areas and surfaces. 2. Safe operation of cleaning machinery and chemicals. 3. Compliance with biosafety protocols and reporting of incidents. **Main Duties of a Cleaning Operator:** * **Cleaning and Disinfection:** Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as cleaning furniture, windows, and glass surfaces. * **Hygienization of Common Areas:** Deep disinfection of restrooms, locker rooms, and dining areas, including restocking supplies such as toilet paper and soap. * **Waste Management:** Emptying trash bins, collecting garbage, and disposing of waste in accordance with regulations, including recycling. * **Use of Machinery and Chemicals:** Operating vacuum cleaners, industrial floor scrubbers, polishers, and using cleaning products appropriately under safety standards. * **Maintenance and Organization:** Keeping work areas tidy, cleaning entrances, and performing final or general cleaning tasks (e.g., post-construction cleanup). * **Reporting and Compliance:** Adhering to biosafety protocols, verifying checklists, and reporting irregularities or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
