At **AX Archery**, we aim to train responsible, active individuals eager to learn. **No prior experience needed:** *You will receive training to learn how to prepare the field, maintain sports equipment, and keep our spaces safe, tidy, and ready for every training session.* **Schedule (part-time):** * **Tuesdays and Thursdays:** 3:10 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. * **Wednesdays and Fridays:** 4:10 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. **Compensation: S/ 585 to S/ 600** **What will you learn and do?** * Assemble and repair targets using materials. * Prepare and dismantle the field before and after training sessions. * Perform basic maintenance of arrows, targets, and other equipment. * Keep facilities clean, organized, and in good condition. * Organize, monitor, and transport materials and supplies. * Provide operational support to the coordinator and sports team. * Follow area safety instructions and regulations. **What are we looking for?** * Must be at least 18 years old. * Completed secondary education or currently enrolled in or having completed technical studies. * Responsibility, punctuality, initiative, and willingness to learn. * Availability to perform operational tasks and transport materials. * Full availability to comply with the scheduled hours. * Prior experience in maintenance or operational tasks is valued but **not mandatory**. * Having practiced any sport is considered an added advantage. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Training and mentoring from day one. * Performance bonus after the probation period. * Opportunities for growth within the organization. * A work environment built on respect, discipline, and teamwork.
