Objective Summary** Perform basic repair, technical cleaning, and preventive/corrective maintenance tasks on facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the company's infrastructure and equipment. **2. Basic Requirements** * Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Technical studies (incomplete) or short courses in electricity, plumbing, or painting are desirable. * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (industrial cleaning, construction assistant, or maintenance). * Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with hand tools (drill, angle grinder, hammer, wrenches) and basic knowledge of painting and patching. **3. Main Responsibilities** * Infrastructure Maintenance: Wall painting, patching minor cracks, and repairing basic furniture. * Basic Plumbing: Repairing simple water leaks, cleaning grease traps, and replacing faucets or bathroom fixtures. * Simple Electrical Work: Replacing lighting fixtures (bulbs, fluorescent tubes), cleaning electrical panels, and reporting major faults. * Technical Cleaning: Keeping work areas, tool storage rooms, and ceilings organized. * General Support: Moving furniture, assisting with loading/unloading, and supporting tasks assigned by the supervisor. **4.
