Opportunity for learning and professional development A leading Peruvian food company is currently seeking a **Maintenance Technician** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of a technical program in industrial electricity, industrial control, or mechanical maintenance. * 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing plant. * Basic Office software skills. * Analytical and organizational abilities. * Availability to work on-site. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and plant facilities operation. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures. * Carry out installation, assembly, and adjustment tasks for industrial machinery. * Record completed maintenance activities and report incidents. * Ensure proper equipment operation to prevent production downtime. * Comply with the company's established safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Coordinate scheduled maintenance interventions with the production department. * Maintain order and cleanliness of tools and the work area. * Support continuous improvement of plant processes and equipment. **WE OFFER:** * **Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Availability to work rotating shifts * Formal employment under REMYPE regulations. * **Monthly salary range: S/.2,000–S/.3,000, based on evaluation** * Opportunity for learning and professional development.
