Job Summary: Grafipapel is seeking an experienced Lathe Mechanic skilled in conventional lathes and milling machines to manufacture, repair, and refurbish mechanical parts, interpret drawings, and maintain quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate conventional lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools 2. Manufacture, repair, and refurbish mechanical parts for plant equipment 3. Interpret mechanical drawings and verify part dimensions Grafipapel, a leading company in graphic product technology and innovation with over 29 years in the market, is currently seeking a Lathe Mechanic. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Production Mechanics, Machine Tools, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3–6 months of experience operating conventional lathes and milling machines in industrial companies. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Experience in manufacturing, repairing, and refurbishing mechanical parts. * Experience with CNC lathes is preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Operate conventional lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools. * Manufacture, repair, and refurbish mechanical parts for plant equipment. * Interpret mechanical drawings and verify part dimensions. * Perform machining tasks in compliance with quality standards. * Maintain order and proper care of assigned machines and tools. * Comply with safety regulations and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer** * Enrollment in the General Payroll from day one * Statutory benefits * Weekly payments * Monday to Friday only * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
