A well-established pharmaceutical company with over 25 years of experience is seeking an experienced Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry to cover sales through the horizontal channel (pharmacies and drugstores within its coverage area) in Lima city, its provinces, and peripheral districts. 1. Position Objective: Promote sales and collections of pharmaceutical products to independent drugstores & pharmacies, developing the horizontal channel in terms of volume and number of outlets to ensure coverage across the capital. 2. Primary Responsibilities: * Visit and promote products to various drugstores and/or pharmacies. * Meet assigned sales and collection targets. * Achieve customer coverage objectives. * Manage restocking of sales to horizontal-channel customers. * Present product features, advantages, and benefits. * Process orders and monitor delivery to customers. * Carry out strategic post-sales activities. * Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers. * Gather market intelligence and relay it to the Commercial Department. * Optimize resources to increase the collection percentage (%). 3. Professional Profile: Ability to work under constant pressure; proactive, organized, and highly responsible; excellent fluent communication skills; quick learner. 4. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative. * Extensive multi-level client portfolio. * Experience in zonal routing for pharmaceutical laboratories and/or distributors. * Familiarity with strategically important horizontal-coverage clients. 5.
