We are seeking a **GENERAL PHYSICIAN** to verify **HOME-BASED MEDICAL LEAVES** granted to patients in **TARAPOTO** and other provinces of **SAN MARTIN** **Requirements and Key Competencies** * Medical surgeon with active professional registration and valid professional license * Minimum experience: 1 year of professional practice * Objective observation * Accurate recording of information * Assertive communication **Responsibilities** * Visit the assigned patient’s home according to the schedule established by Remote Coordination. * Personally verify the patient’s presence at the indicated address. * Confirm compliance with the prescribed medical rest through direct observation of the patient’s visible condition. * Prepare the home-visit verification report using HolSalud’s standardized format and record the information in the company’s digital platforms. * Maintain ongoing communication with the Medical Directorate via the Remote Coordinator. **Work Schedule and Fees:** * According to assigned schedule * Fees: S/50 per patient c Job Type: Part-time Salary: Starting from S/.50.00 per hour Estimated Hours: 1 to 3 per week Work Location: On-site employment
