Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical or University Graduate with experience in metrology to perform inspection, maintenance, and calibration of gas detection systems. Key Highlights: 1. SIMCAL S.A.C is an SME specializing in Gas Detection Systems used in industry, construction, mining, and hydrocarbons. Our services cover planning, installation, maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective), and calibration of portable, fixed, and SCBA equipment. We wish to incorporate the following qualified personnel into our team: REQUIREMENTS * **Graduated technicians or university students from the 10th cycle onward in Electronic Technician, Industrial Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (mandatory).** * **Minimum 6 months’ experience in metrology.** * **Basic Office software proficiency (mandatory).** * **Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory).** * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:36 PM (mandatory). * Willingness to travel to provincial locations. * The position involves muscle activity necessary for physical exertion at an average altitude of 4700 meters above sea level. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform inspection, data collection, and refilling of SCBA cylinders. * Conduct hydrostatic tests on cylinders and inspect their condition. * Prepare reports and certificates for serviced equipment. * Request spare parts and calibration services required for self-contained workshop equipment. * Record measurement results and prepare corresponding technical documentation, issuing certificates when necessary. * Transport SCBA equipment using company vehicles. * Support improvement initiatives related to assigned tasks. * Perform other duties assigned by the metrology laboratory manager, consistent with the role.
