ERM is seeking a **Consulting Associate** to join our consulting team in **Lima, Peru**.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide support for EHS-focused consulting services, audit processes, international standards, and related activities.
* Collaborate with the internal team on information gathering and preparation of preliminary reports.
* Deliver consulting services either in a specific discipline or as generalists, supporting deliverables while maintaining the quality of services provided by ERM.
* Knowledge and experience in ecosystem services and LEAP revegetation for mine closure.
* Support proposal development and documentation for internal and external clients, particularly regarding project H\&S requirements.
* Stay informed about local health and safety regulations, with support from the team, and assist in implementing regulatory changes within projects.
* Participate in English-language calls with internal and external clients.
* Utilize ERM’s methodologies and technological tools (Power BI), keeping project information and databases up to date as required.
* Work as part of a team, completing assigned tasks, and developing your own internal, interdisciplinary, and service-line network, contributing to knowledge management and ERM’s inclusive culture.
**Requirements**
* Graduate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in **Environmental Engineering, Biology, Fisheries Engineering**, or related fields.
* **Minimum 1 year** of professional experience in consulting firms or mining companies.
* **Advanced English**, with ability to work fluently in both languages: speaking, writing, and reading.
* Knowledge of national occupational health and safety, and environmental regulations.
* Familiarity with international mining sector standards (Copper Mark, TSM, GISTM, ICCM, ISO) is desirable.
* Knowledge of IFC standards, primarily PS6.
* Knowledge and experience in ecosystem services and LEAP revegetation for mine closure.
* Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues.
* Communication skills and ability to interact with clients under supervision, contributing to achieving project objectives.
* Willingness to travel to mining operations if required for the project or client.
* Advanced Microsoft (formulas and pivot tables).
* Intermediate Power BI.
