At **HIDROLED PERÚ S.A.C.**, we are seeking a: **LOGISTICS ANALYST** **Essential Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration**, or related fields. * **More than 2 years of experience** in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or logistics analysis. * Experience in **quoting hardware or industrial products** (mandatory). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of **SUNAT documentation** (shipping guides, invoices, purchase orders). * Analytical ability, document control, and logistics tracking skills. * Knowledge of import procedures. * Preferred: experience in **government projects**. * Immediate availability to work in Ventanilla. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct specialized quotations and technical-economic analyses. * Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. * Evaluate suppliers and propose strategic alternatives. * Supervise incoming and outgoing transactions in the system. * Plan and execute periodic inventory counts. * Analyze inventory turnover, minimum stock levels, and project-specific requirements. * Coordinate local and provincial shipments. * Validate SUNAT documentation and maintain up-to-date records. * Propose improvements to logistics, procurement, and inventory processes. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (MYPE). * Fixed monthly salary: PEN 2,000. * Professional development opportunities. * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours** * Monday–Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.** **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Organization and planning. * Negotiation and effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve incidents.
