Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to support the execution of the daily plan, ensuring quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with safety, occupational health, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **We Offer:** \- Formal employment registration from day one \- **Gross monthly salary of S/. 1,130** \- SCTR and life insurance \- Pleasant work environment **Responsibilities:** \- Support execution of the daily production plan according to plant supervisor instructions. \- Perform product sealing, labeling, and marking, ensuring compliance with quality standards and correct traceability. \- Verify adherence to operational parameters (weight, production date, batch number, etc.). \- Comply with and reinforce safety, occupational health, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies. \- Provide operational support for basic equipment maintenance tasks as required. \- Carry out other activities assigned within the production line. \- Sort and pack products into boxes for shipment, also assisting with packaging and palletizing activities. \- Complete established production record forms and promptly report any process deviations. **Requirements:** \- Availability to work onsite in Chorrillos \- Minimum 1 year of experience in plant, production, or packaging line areas. \- Basic knowledge of GMP, industrial safety, and food handling. \- Teamwork skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
