A company specializing in **warehouses and temporary structures** is seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and control of warehouse assembly and disassembly projects, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and high safety standards. **Position Mission** Coordinate and supervise operations related to the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of temporary warehouses, optimizing processes, resources, and costs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and control field and office operations. * Supervise the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures. * Manage materials, machinery, freight, and logistics for each project. * Monitor and optimize operational costs. * Supervise Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H) standards. * Track staff attendance, overtime, leave requests, and vacation days. * Coordinate warehouse material maintenance and inventory levels. * Conduct client visits and post-service follow-up. * Prepare operational cost reports and analyses. **Requirements** * Degree or degree candidate in **Civil Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in structural assembly** (experience working at heights preferred). * Experience in operations, warehousing, or field management. * Knowledge of operational management, logistics, and occupational safety. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel (pivot tables)** and digital tools. * Valid **Class A1 driver’s license**. **Working Conditions** * Initial 6-month contract (renewable); becomes indefinite after one year. * Statutory benefits included in formal payroll. * 80% coverage under EPS (Health Insurance Provider). * Company-provided pickup truck + fuel. * Travel allowances for trips to provinces across Peru. * Office located in Miraflores; warehouse located in Lurin. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.7,000.00 – S/.8,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
