Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area, including kitchen equipment. Guarantee proper execution of the cleaning schedule for all areas, in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in organizing and storing ingredients and utensils, ensuring their good condition. Assist in the kitchen area during peak demand periods.
