**PAYROLL ANALYST // Payroll (Civil Construction) – CERRO DE PASCO** We are a construction company currently seeking (01) professional who meets the profile of PAYROLL ANALYST. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources and/or related fields. \- 2 to 3 years’ experience in payroll processing. Prior experience processing payrolls covering at least 3 different categories. In-depth knowledge of Labor Legislation **(CIVIL CONSTRUCTION REGIME AND GENERAL REGIME)**. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. \- Knowledge of payroll systems (ERP). **FUNCTIONS:** \- Recruitment and selection process. \- Preparation of employee onboarding files. \- Employee registration and de-registration in the t\-register. \- Preparation of the monthly payroll. \- Calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax (Fixed and Variable Remuneration). \- Preparation of AFP payroll forms (NET). \- Preparation of Social Benefits Settlements. \- Preparation of Employment Certificates, CTS Letters, and other certificates (AFP, Pensions, etc.). \- Preparation of Bonus Payroll Forms. \- Calculation of CTS (May and November). \- PLAME filing. \- Employee termination procedures. \- Preparation of Settlements. \- Monthly tax declarations. \- Review of Sunafil’s electronic mailbox. \- Calculation of subsidies for subsequent submission to Essalud. \- Supervision and review of work performed by staff under supervision. \- Providing workers with advisory support on labor and tax matters. \- Other duties. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits. \- Provincial assignment (company provides meals and accommodation). \- Remuneration: Market-competitive. \- Atypical work schedule: 28 days on / 7 days off. \- Availability for on-site work at C.P.
