Our mission is to create safe and productive work environments through risk prevention and continuous improvement. **Available position:** **Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (Bachelor's Degree)** We are seeking a proactive professional with field leadership capabilities to join our team. **Main responsibilities** * Supervise on-site compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. * Prepare and submit technical OHS reports and documentation. * Maintain daily oversight of OHS activities and deliver daily safety talks. * Plan and conduct training sessions related to risk prevention. * Perform duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields**. * Proven experience of at least **1.5 years** or **2 years** in similar roles. * Up-to-date knowledge of **Standard G.050 – Construction Safety**. * Strong communication skills and ability to lead groups. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Conditions** * Employment type: **Full-time – Permanent**. * Work modality: **On-site**. * Work location: Various areas of Lima, with availability for travel to provinces as required by service needs. * Availability to perform night shifts when required.
