Ensure the well-being of the company's pet. **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of the facilities, guaranteeing a safe and healthy environment for all employees and visitors. **1\. Experience:** 1 year in cleaning and maintenance duties. **2\. Age:** Between 25 and 40 years old. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES (SOFT SKILLS):** * Positive attitude * Responsibility * Ability to learn * Commitment to assigned tasks * Ability to follow instructions **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of offices, meeting rooms, common areas, restrooms, and designated areas. * Prepare coffee and maintain the kitchenette. * Check and replenish hygiene supplies and related items. * Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and promptly report any need for replenishment. * Immediately report any malfunctions or repair needs concerning infrastructure or equipment. * Provide support before, during, and after internal events or meetings with staff, clients, or visitors. * Properly segregate and dispose of waste, complying with environmental and safety regulations both inside and outside designated facilities. * Keep furniture clean and in good condition. * Assist with opening and closing the access door for employee entry and exit. * Ensure the care and well-being of the company's pet, guaranteeing timely provision of water and food according to established schedules. * Report any incidents occurring at the company involving personnel, equipment, assets, or others. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration * Comprehensive health insurance * 15 days of vacation * Statutory life insurance * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Format: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm; Saturday, 9 am to 12 pm * Work Location: Santiago de Surco Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
