XFLY Functional Training is looking to incorporate a Cleaning Assistant focused on operational excellence. **Job Mission:** Maintain facility hygiene, order, and functionality, ensuring safe, clean, and optimal spaces for all athletes and visitors. **Required Qualifications:** * Prior experience in disinfection and cleaning duties (commercial premises, sports facilities, businesses, or households). * High level of responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and service orientation. * Residency in Lince or nearby districts (e.g., Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive sanitization:** Continuously clean and disinfect the machine room, sports equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and reception area. * **External areas:** Maintain cleanliness of the main entrance, parking area, and facility perimeter. * **Waste management:** Timely emptying of trash bins across all areas during the shift and at shift end. * **Space maintenance:** Ensure visual appeal, order, and safety within the gym. **Available Shifts:** * **Morning Shift:** * Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Day off: Rotating (Saturday or Sunday). * **Afternoon Shift:** * Monday–Friday: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Sundays and holidays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Day off: Rotating (Saturday or Sunday). **Employment Offer:** * Formal MYPE payroll registration starting from the 4th month of employment, including all legally mandated benefits. * Biweekly and end-of-month salary payments made promptly. * 100% free training membership at XFLY gyms. * Immediate hiring process.
