Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible At the Ciudad Nueva Residential Complex, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Staff member. **Requirements:** \-Graduate technician in Mechanical Maintenance, or student in the final cycles of Electronics, Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. \-Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions / condominiums and/or residential complexes (Desirable) Skills and competencies: \-Teamwork \-Planning and organization \-Proactive and responsible \-Excellent communication skills \-Knowledge of caliper reading. \-Basic welding knowledge. **Responsibilities:** \-Assists, as directed by supervisor, in preventive or corrective maintenance performed by third parties. \-Documents completed work on designated forms, specifying details such as measurements taken, adjustments made, parts replaced, pending tasks due to time or spare parts shortages, etc. \-Performs or assists in assembly and disassembly of machinery and equipment according to manufacturer instructions and manuals, and applicable standards, as directed by immediate supervisor. \-Carries out assigned tasks in compliance with company standards regarding safety, cleanliness, and quality. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. \- 6 p.m. Saturdays: 9 a.m. \- 1 p.m. **Residence in districts adjacent to Callao.
