We are currently searching for a **Post-Sales Executive** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate of university or technical programs involving customer service. * Knowledge of management and sales information systems at the functional user level. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Minimum 6 months of specific experience in commercial, sales, or customer service roles. **Responsibilities:** * Provide post-sales service to all B2B and B2C customers according to company services. * Manage settlements for B2B, B2C, and provincial workshops. * Reconcile B2C collections cash register. * Ensure accurate registration of served customers and units. * Enter data into the general INFOGAS data entry system. * Manage claims to ensure timely resolution.
