Opportunity to work in a proactive environment and continuously learn. **Pre-Professional Operations Intern** Rapidito Perú S.A.C., a courier company specializing in imports from the U.S. to Peru, is seeking an Operations Intern. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving, reviewing, and downloading information sent by customers. * Preparing shipments and correcting documents with observations. * Sending shipment information to the Miami warehouse and submitting corresponding documentation—including the manifest—to suppliers’ systems. * Updating the PROX and ACCOUNTS files with information on completed shipments. * Printing charges for consolidated packages together with the day’s shipment (suppliers). * Delivering packages to customers who pick up at the office. * Designing and sending post-delivery service satisfaction surveys. * Assisting in receiving goods cleared through customs, including grouping, labeling, weighing, and shelving; and, where applicable, packaging and labeling packages for provincial shipments. * Updating the tracking status of customers’ imports on the website. * Uploading delivery charges to suppliers’ systems. * Maintaining customers’ folders updated and organized. * Preparing management reports and performance indicators, as well as updating files. * Supporting other departments as required. **COMPETENCIES** * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Efficient time management and organization. * Judgment and attention to detail. * Commitment and responsibility. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **REQUIREMENTS** * Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets (advanced level preferred). * Knowledge of and ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools. * Intermediate English (reading and writing). * Immediate availability. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Monthly salary: S/.1,130 * One-hour lunch break. * Monday to Friday. **BENEFITS** * Positive work environment. * Flexible working hours. * Free consolidated imports for personal use.
