The company provides **training and instructions for performing assigned tasks**, so we primarily seek responsible, committed individuals who are highly motivated to learn and develop. **WORK LOCATION** Ate – Santa Anita, near Óvalo Santa Anita. **BENEFITS** * Direct payroll enrollment from day one. * All statutory benefits: CTS, bonuses, vacations, EsSalud, family allowance, and profit sharing. * Salary of S/ 1,150.00. * Salary increase upon completing one year. * Transportation bonus. * Attendance bonus. * 70% food coverage. * Overtime pay. * Job stability. * Career path and growth opportunities. * Training for functional development. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support and perform activities across various production processes. * Operate ring-assembly, preparation, rubber-cutting machines, and manual operations, as assigned per area. * Follow established instructions and procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation. * Comply with quality, safety, and internal company regulations. * Know and respect evacuation routes. * Perform tasks assigned by the production department. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Extensive experience is not required. * Willingness to learn and receive training. * Responsibility and commitment to work. * Availability to work overtime. * Availability to work in Ate – Santa Anita. **SCHEDULE** Days off on Sundays.
