Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators for our Biscuit Plant, with availability for rotating shifts and commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform tray-loading and package verification operations Alicorp!!! is currently recruiting PRODUCTION OPERATORS for its Biscuit Plant on a campaign basis. Requirements: Availability to work at the Callao Plant. Availability for rotating shifts. Employment period: 3 months (subject to renewal based on business needs). Responsibilities: * Promote compliance with safety standards. * Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene. * Adhere to defined quality, inspection, and operational standards for processes and/or products. * Ensure order and cleanliness of one's work area and/or equipment. * Ensure proper labeling and disposal of waste generated during the process. * Place bags onto trays. * Tray-loading of biscuits. * Package verification and feeding into packaging lines.
