




Job Summary: SSOMA professional responsible for ensuring occupational safety and health, promoting prevention, and supervising regulatory compliance in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Field safety supervision SSOMA REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering. * Minimum two years of relevant experience. * Knowledge of safety standards, laws, and regulations related to SSOMA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law. Perform operational tasks (100% field work). Promote a prevention-oriented culture in the workplace. Supervise and inspect proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Develop, schedule, and follow up on daily 5-minute safety talks directed at operations. Supervise field installation activities for telecommunications services both in Lima and provincial areas. Manage field safety observations. Implement preventive actions. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Manage and monitor compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH), quality, and environmental training programs. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
