




Job Summary: SSOMA professional responsible for ensuring workplace safety and health, performing operational tasks in the field, and promoting a prevention culture. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of a prevention culture SSOMA REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering. * Registered with the corresponding professional association. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Knowledge of safety standards, laws, and regulations related to SSOMA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law. Perform operational tasks (100% field work). Promote a prevention culture in the workplace. Supervise and inspect the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Develop, schedule, and follow up on daily 5-minute safety talks for operations staff. Supervise field installation of telecommunications services both in Lima and provinces. Manage field safety observations. Implement preventive actions. Carry out other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Manage and monitor compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH), quality, and environmental training programs. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
