Job Summary: SSOMA Professional with experience in occupational safety and health supervision, focused on promoting prevention and managing regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes a prevention culture and supervises the correct use of PPEs. 2. Manages field safety and develops preventive actions. 3. Monitors compliance with OSH, Quality, and Environmental training. SSOMA REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, or Environmental Engineering. * Registered with the corresponding professional association. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Knowledge of SSOMA-related safety standards, laws, and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Law. Perform operational tasks (100% field work). Promote a prevention culture in the workplace. Supervise and inspect the correct use of PPEs. Develop, schedule, and follow up on daily 5-minute safety talks for operations. Supervise field installation works of telecommunications services both in Lima and provinces. Manage field safety observations. Develop preventive actions. Carry out other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Manage and monitor compliance with OSH, Quality, and Environmental training.
