High-impact social program backed by KMJK team **We are hiring at KMJK \- Event Production Company** **Project Coordinator \- City of Ilo** We are seeking a Field Coordinator for a road safety education program and community activations in the province of Ilo, implemented by **KMJK** for a major corporate client in the mining sector. The program includes road safety workshops, puppet shows in schools, park and school activations, volunteer competitions, and guided train rides targeting over 6,000 beneficiaries—including residents, students, seniors, families, and youth from Ilo. You will serve as KMJK’s on-site representative: the bridge between Lima and Ilo, and the person accountable for ensuring smooth operations on the ground for 9 months. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the implementation of workshops, puppet shows, school and park activations, and 100 train rides throughout the year. * Manage the local team: animators, facilitators, and logistics assistants. * Serve as the official communication channel with the corporate client in Ilo. * Coordinate with the municipal government, schools, neighborhood associations, and the National Police of Peru (PNP). * Administer calls for participation, registrations, and beneficiary follow-up. * Produce formal deliverables: attendance records, photographic reports, satisfaction surveys, minutes, and monthly reports. * Manage local vendors: printing services, transportation, animators. * Support logistics for 2 volunteer competitions with social media components. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating social projects, community programs, BTL campaigns, or event management. * Proven experience facilitating group activities and participatory workshops with authorities, teachers, neighborhood associations, or the general public. * Fluency communicating effectively with corporate executives as well as residents and school students. * Operational autonomy: ability to make and implement decisions on-site without relying on Lima for every decision. * Proficiency in basic digital tools: Google Drive, WhatsApp groups, online forms, Word and Excel reporting. * Full availability from April to December 2026 in Ilo. This would be a real advantage. * Familiarity with the local context of Ilo and/or the Moquegua region. * Existing network of contacts within Ilo’s municipal government, schools, or neighborhood associations. * Prior experience with CSR programs or corporate social projects. **What We Offer:** * Monthly fee: S/ 3,000 * Contract duration: 9 months (April – December 2026\) * Employment modality: Service contract \| On-site in Ilo * Project type: High-impact social program for a corporate client in the mining sector * Support: Oversight and support from KMJK team based in Lima * Certification: Certificate of participation in a corporate CSR program Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please specify your salary expectations and/or other expenses, based on your experience.
