Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to supervise the assembly of metal structures, ensuring safety, quality, and project progress on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the planning and supervision of metal structure assembly. 2. Ensure safety and quality in high-risk operations. 3. Coordinate with the client and manage the project comprehensively. REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and registered Mechanical Engineer. * Experience in metal structure assembly. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD proficiency. * Knowledge of standards (AWS, AISC, ASTM) and non-destructive testing. * Experience in safety management for high-risk operations. * Valid Class A-I driver's license. * Plan and supervise assembly activities (lifting, alignment, leveling). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan assembly by defining sequence, resources, and schedule. * Supervise on-site lifting, alignment, leveling, and fixation of structures. * Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and tolerances. * Ensure safety during work at height, lifting operations, and welding. * Control quality through inspections (VT, PT, UT) and technical standards. * Manage personnel, equipment, tools, and materials on site. * Monitor physical progress and productivity of the project. * Control measurements, costs, and valuations of the works. * Coordinate with the client and other disciplines to prevent interference. * Prepare reports, manage technical documentation, and ensure project closeout.
