Job Summary: We are seeking a Psychiatrist for our assistance programs, providing comprehensive home-based psychiatric care—including timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Develop individualized therapeutic plans At HolSalud, we are looking for a **Psychiatrist** to join our assistance programs, delivering comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in a home-based setting, ensuring timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations at home * Establish clinical diagnoses according to current criteria (DSM\-5 / ICD\-10\) * Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments * Develop individualized therapeutic plans * Conduct clinical follow-up of patients * Record consultations and reports in the clinical record * Coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team * Report incidents and ensure patient safety **Requirements** * Licensed Medical Doctor (M.D.) * Specialty in Psychiatry * Valid Medical Registration (CMP) and active professional license * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical psychiatric care * Experience in home-based care, community mental health, or telemedicine is desirable **Competencies** * Effective communication * Critical thinking and decision-making * Responsibility and autonomy * Teamwork and adaptability **Position Conditions** * Work modality: Home-based * Working hours: As scheduled * Department: Assistance Programs Employment type: Freelance Salary: S/.150\.00 per hour Application question(s): * Please indicate the areas you can serve for home-based care: Work location: On-site employment
