Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Recruiters to execute recruitment and selection processes for operational staff, coordinating activities and adapting tools. Key Highlights: 1. Development and adaptation of recruitment tools Newrest is a multinational company specializing in catering, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Remote Site Services — including food service, maintenance, and hospitality. We are currently seeking RECRUITERS with the following profile: Requirements: Technical or university graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in mass recruitment for operational positions and/or mid-level roles. Knowledge of virtual recruitment processes and mass operational selection. Experience managing databases, building candidate databases, conducting telephone screenings, and conducting operational-level interviews. Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data tables, advanced filters, formulas). Availability to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Availability to work for one month as a freelancer.
