Corporación Mara, an industrial and paint manufacturing company, is seeking an **SSOMA Engineer**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Occupational Safety and Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * One year of experience in similar positions and four years of experience in industrial manufacturing companies. * Availability to work on-site in Lurín. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and ensure compliance with the Integrated Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA), guaranteeing risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. * Supervise the implementation of the Annual Industrial Safety Plan, control of critical tasks, proper application of IPERC, appropriate use of PPE, and adherence to safe work procedures. * Lead emergency management through planning, execution of drills, and ensuring operational readiness of response systems. * Lead incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes, proposing corrective actions, and monitoring accident indicators. * Administer environmental and occupational health programs, ensuring compliance with current regulations, control of occupational hazards, and promotion of workplace well-being. * Promote a preventive and environmental culture through training, internal campaigns, and effective communication across all organizational levels. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive salary * Professional development opportunities * Pleasant work environment * Commuting bus service Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Application question(s): * Indicate availability * Indicate salary expectations Work location: On-site employment
