Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to develop and implement risk prevention programs, conduct assessments, and promote a safety culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking ONE OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST FOR THE SSOMA DEPARTMENT. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical or professional degree \- Diploma or specialization in occupational safety and health \- Minimum 1 year of experience \- Knowledge of Law No. 29783 \- Willingness and ability to travel and work in the district of Puente Piedra. \- Immediate availability. Ongoing training opportunities Working hours: Monday to Saturday JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement risk prevention policies and programs, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Conduct periodic workplace risk assessments, identifying hazards and proposing corrective and preventive measures. Design and deliver safety and health training and awareness programs for all organizational levels. Ensure that operations and processes comply with national and international occupational safety regulations. Investigate occupational accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Prepare periodic reports on the status of occupational safety and health, including recommendations and actions taken. Maintain records of all occupational accidents and diseases. Promote safety awareness and a safety culture among all employees, actively involving them in prevention policies. Conduct periodic inspections of company equipment and machinery to verify their safety condition for use. Develop and coordinate emergency and evacuation plans for the company, training staff on their implementation. Supervise working conditions across organizational areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene, ventilation, lighting, and other standards guaranteeing employee safety. Conduct studies and investigations to identify potential occupational diseases related to job positions and propose preventive measures. Implement and supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other preventive measures contributing to safety. Conduct internal audits of occupational safety and health management, providing recommendations to improve processes and practices. Provide advisory support to employees on safety and health matters, assisting them in hazard identification and regulatory compliance. Verify the effectiveness and proper implementation of occupational safety and health policies across all organizational areas. Monitor the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
