Collaborative and pleasant work environment **ARQUIDSIGN**, a company specializing in the design and implementation of corporate exhibition stands for various events in Lima and provinces, is currently seeking a Sales Executive and/or Customer Service Representative according to the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher education studies completed or in progress in design, architecture, marketing, administration, etc. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in sales and/or customer service (call center). * Residency in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receiving, registering, categorizing, and managing requests, sales, inquiries, and after-sales activities via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. * Referring, coordinating, and tracking sales with respective departments. * Executing sales via telephone, instant messaging, email, and social media. * Performing other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:** * Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong writing skills and correct spelling. * Assertive communication and teamwork abilities. * Strong results orientation. * Strong customer orientation. * Good interpersonal skills. * Empathetic. **BENEFITS:** * Working Monday through Friday. * Ongoing training. * Pleasant work environment.
