Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service and Security Control Agent to ensure the premises’ security, manage access control, guide users, and maintain order in common areas. Maintain order and assist in emergencies **This is a PUBLIC SECTOR organization currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SECURITY CONTROL AGENT \- WORK LOCATION: AV. COLONIAL \- CALLAO.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in security, parking management, retail assistant, or concierge roles. * Basic computer skills, including basic Excel and other digital devices. * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure premises security, access control, and proper flow of customers, suppliers, and visitors by providing orientation, support, and courteous service, guaranteeing a safe and orderly experience from entry to exit. * Guide customers, suppliers, and visitors on correct vehicle parking. * Open and close store and garage doors. * Guide users (customers, suppliers, or general visitors) to maintain order and notify the responsible person who requested their visit. * Monitor entry and exit of people, vehicles, and merchandise. * Maintain order in common areas and parking zones. * Assist in emergency situations (evacuation, basic first aid). * Record any incident or unusual occurrence in the logbook. * Supervise compliance with internal regulations (e.g., no smoking, no blocking access points). * Provide courteous, respectful, and customer-service-oriented interactions. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 1600\. * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits (profit sharing, CTS, biannual bonus, EsSalud insurance, vacation, family allowance). * Pleasant working environment. **Interested candidates meeting the above profile should send their CV to segethmed@ gmail.com with subject line: Customer Service and Security Control Agent.** Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
