Description

We are currently looking for personnel for our company: ***"SECURITY AGENT"*** Functions: 1\.1\. Register and promptly report the entry and exit of plant personnel, suppliers, customers, visitors, among others; requesting the corresponding entry documentation (ID, SCTR, etc.). 1\.2\. Temporarily safeguard unauthorized accessories for entry into the plant (sharp or cutting tools, cameras, cell phones, among others), in coordination with the Warehouse Manager, Human Resources Coordinator and/or Plant Manager. 1\.3\. Report any unusual events or incidents occurring near the plant facilities or within the premises. 1\.4\. Safeguard the keys to offices and/or warehouses of the plant, delivering them to authorized personnel at the beginning of work hours. 1\.5\. Verify that all plant goods movements are documented through internal shipping guides prepared by the Warehouse department staff. 1\.6\. Report to the Human Resources department cases of employees arriving late or without identification documents. 1\.7\. Prepare a report of incidents occurring during their work shifts. 1\.8\. Receive documents related to public services or other documents of interest to the company (job applicants' CVs, electricity/water bills, magazines, etc.).
