Positive work environment and job stability Job Description We are looking for a responsible, committed, and efficient individual to serve as security personnel at ACADEMIA ASEUNI, San Juan de Lurigancho branch; prior experience in this role is preferred. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Responsibilities: Collaboration with other departments: Work jointly with the administrative team to resolve any situation threatening security. Access Control: Monitor access to academy premises by verifying identification documents and authorizing entry of individuals. Surveillance: Conduct periodic patrols throughout the premises, monitoring security in each area and reporting any suspicious activity. Incident Prevention: Implement security measures to prevent incidents such as theft, vandalism, fights, or other unlawful acts. Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies including fires, evacuations, or accidents, following established safety protocols. Communication: Maintain constant communication with academy staff and relevant authorities as needed. Public Service: Provide courteous and professional service to students, teachers, and academy staff, addressing their inquiries and requests. Other Duties: Perform any other security-related tasks assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of security protocols and first aid. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum one year of experience in private security or similar roles. No police, criminal, or judicial records. Good physical condition to fulfill shifts and possible interventions. Age between 28 and 35 years. Competencies: Attention and surveillance: Ability to identify suspicious situations and respond promptly. Conflict resolution: Skill to manage tense situations calmly and effectively.
