




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to prospect, acquire, and manage corporate clients, designing and negotiating security service proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of long-term business relationships Our client — a leading Peruvian private security company with over 30 years in the market — has entrusted us with the search for a **Senior Commercial Executive**. What are the main responsibilities? * Prospect and acquire new corporate segment clients. * Conduct commercial visits and security needs assessments at client facilities. * Design and present tailored physical security service proposals for each client. * Negotiate commercial terms and close service contracts. * Manage and maintain long-term relationships with the client portfolio. * Coordinate with operations to ensure proper implementation of contracted services. * Provide post-sales follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and contract renewals. * Prepare commercial management reports, performance against targets, and sales forecasts. * Participate in tenders and quotation processes. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and security solutions. What are we looking for? * University graduate or technical professional in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Desirable specialization or training in consultative selling, negotiation, or commercial management. * 2–3 years of experience in corporate services sales, preferably in private security, surveillance, telecommunications, technology, or B2B services. * Knowledge of the physical security market and its associated services is desirable.
