




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, responsible, and committed Human Resources Assistant to manage key processes such as recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, payroll, and social benefits processes 2. Provides support in documentation and handling of requests 3. Assists in HR management improvement projects A leading company in the foreign trade sector, with over 30 years of market presence, is currently seeking talent to join its team as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT. If you are organized, responsible, and committed, this is your opportunity: REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or in related roles. * Experience in recruitment and selection processes (mandatory). * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations (preferred). * Familiarity with DM procedures, benefit exchanges, or subsidies (preferred). * Residence near Miraflores or ability to commute easily. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage recruitment processes, onboarding documentation, and employee induction. * Execute payroll processing and compensation calculations. * Calculate social benefits and manage termination documents. * Support documentation preparation and respond to requests from regulatory authorities. * Track and handle employee inquiries. * Collect DM or leave information to process exchanges and claims through VIVA or OSPE. * Fulfill SUNAT declarations (T-Registration). * Coordinate SCTR and Life Insurance policy enrollments, cancellations, and renewals. * Manage labor documentation and employee personnel files. * Draft, administer, and renew employment contracts and addendums. * Record and monitor attendance, overtime, leaves, and permissions. * Draft HR-related documents (pay slips, memoranda, warnings, letters, etc.). * Schedule and manage employee vacation planning and tracking. * Assist in implementing and complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Law and its regulations. * Support HR management improvement projects.
