Compliance with safety protocols **Main Responsibilities:** Perform cargo loading and unloading operations in containers and operational areas. Verify proper location, stowage, and securing of cargo during handling operations. Comply with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Carry out tasks assigned by the responsible supervisor. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Report any incidents, damage, unsafe conditions, or risks identified during operations. Prior experience in stevedoring activities or work at port terminals (minimum 6 months). Knowledge of containerized cargo loading and discharge operations. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and cargo handling practices. Good physical condition and willingness to perform fieldwork. Availability to work in Callao from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Benefits Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits.
