Job Summary: We are seeking a Steward for a 5-star hotel, responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing utensils and areas to ensure hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality and safety standards in daily operations **STEWARD \- 5-STAR HOTEL** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education; technical background preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in stewarding. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean, disinfect, and organize utensils, equipment, tableware, glassware, and other materials used in kitchen, banquet, and point-of-sale areas. * Ensure proper storage of utensils and materials, following hygiene and safety procedures. * Operate dishwashing and utensil-cleaning equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Transport utensils, tableware, and equipment to and from respective areas carefully to prevent damage or loss. * Assist in organizing work areas in kitchens and point-of-sale locations, maintaining a clean and orderly environment. * Perform cleaning and disinfection of common food and beverage service areas, including floors, walls, and work surfaces. * Collaborate in waste handling and classification for recycling, following the hotel’s established procedures. * Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment for repair or replacement. * Support other departments with tasks related to cleaning and maintenance of equipment and utensils. * Comply with workplace safety procedures, using cleaning products and personal protective equipment appropriately. * Perform other duties as required by the department. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Hotel points * Formal payroll under the General Regime Application Questions: * HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN STEWARDING? * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK AT A 5-STAR HOTEL IN LIMA?
