




Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Civil Engineer to manage and provide technical-economic supervision for high-standard institutional projects, overseeing the structural discipline throughout all project phases. Key structural discipline support on large-scale projects We are looking for a **Structural Civil Engineer** for a **high-standard institutional/university project**, focused on **project management and technical-economic construction supervision**, covering the phases of **design, tendering, execution, and close-out**. The role will be responsible for **specialized technical control of the structural discipline**, acting as key support to the Supervision Manager and project management, ensuring correct definition, coordination, and implementation of structural solutions, as well as compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and applicable regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Review, control, and validate **structural design** during the project management phase (drawings, calculation reports, and technical specifications). * Coordinate **structural coordination** with architecture and other disciplines during design and execution. * Actively participate in the **technical review of documentation** and in tendering processes from the structural perspective. * Supervise on-site execution of structural works, including **excavations, basements, reinforced concrete structures, and construction sequencing**. * Verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Conduct technical evaluation of **site queries, engineering changes, extras, and time extensions** related to the structural discipline. * Control structural quality through review of tests, procedures, records, and non-conformance management. * Provide technical support during **acceptance, validation, and close-out** of the structural discipline. Requirements: * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer** (fully qualified). * **Minimum 8 years’ experience** in building projects. Proven experience in **university building projects** * Proven experience in **mid- and high-rise buildings**, including reinforced concrete structures and **multiple basements**. * Prior experience in **construction supervision and/or project management**. * Solid knowledge of quality control, current regulations, and multidisciplinary coordination. * Ability to assume **direct technical responsibility** and work in highly operationally demanding environments. * Availability for on-site supervision and continuous involvement throughout project phases. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in institutional, corporate, or technically complex projects. * Participation in projects executed in **operational environments** or under functional constraints. * Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and senior technical teams.
