Conduct safety monitoring during installations and work **Job Description** A growing company in the architecture and engineering sector is looking for an **SSOMA Supervisor** who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Architecture, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (documented) * Minimum experience of **6 months** to **1 year** as SSOMA Supervisor or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist, with **employment certification** * Knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations * Knowledge of high-risk work (heights, electrical, hot work, lifting, civil works, among others) (certified) * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), installation and dismantling, and height-related courses (certified or diploma) * Availability to work in districts of Lima and provinces (project-based) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm **Responsibilities** * Assign personnel responsible for each project activity and monitor their tasks. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications for products and services defined by the client at the site. * Prepare a list of all requirements needed for the project and communicate it to Warehouse and Procurement for processing. * Supervise activities and personnel daily. * Accompany and monitor each installation or task to verify proper use of tools, resources, and procedures established by the Company. * Maintain photographic records of on-site activities for inclusion in the final report. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
