





**Job Description** A growing company in the fields of architecture and engineering is seeking an SSOMA Supervisor who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields * Minimum **3 years’ experience** as an **SSOMA Supervisor and/or Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist**, with **valid occupational certification** * Knowledge of current occupational safety and health regulations * High-risk work training courses **(e.g., working at heights, electrical work, hot work, lifting operations, civil works, etc.)** * Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), assembly and disassembly, and working at heights courses **(certificate or diploma required)** * Willingness to work in Lima districts and provinces (project-based) Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Assign personnel responsible for each project activity and monitor their tasks. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications for products and services defined by the client on site. * Prepare and communicate to Warehouse and Procurement departments the full list of materials and resources required for the project. * Supervise daily progress of activities and workplace safety. * Accompany and monitor each assembly or task to verify proper use of tools, resources, and procedures established by the company. * Maintain photographic records of on-site activities for inclusion in the final report. * Submit reports promptly and within requested deadlines. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
