We focus on delivering efficient, safe, and high-quality solutions, supported by trained personnel committed to customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform basic electrical work. * Carry out painting work on walls, ceilings, structures, and furniture. * Conduct plumbing repairs (faucets, pipes, sanitary fixtures, and water leaks). * Perform basic carpentry work and furniture repair. * Maintain doors, windows, locks, and metal structures. * Carry out minor masonry work, patching, and finishing. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures or deterioration in facilities. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Use assigned tools and equipment properly. * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. * Prepare reports on completed work and maintenance needs.
