Job Summary: We are seeking Airport Guides with fluent English to provide information, guidance, and support to passengers, managing passenger flow and customer service within the terminal. Opportunity for professional development in the aviation sector **AIRPORT GUIDES WITH INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED ENGLISH (PLEASE NOTE: FLUENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION—BASIC LEVEL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE)** **What will you do?** * Provide information and guidance **in English** to passengers regarding check-in counters, boarding gates, restaurants, restrooms, VIP lounges, and other services. * Organize and direct **in English** passenger flow at check-in counters, queues, walkways, security checkpoints, boarding, and deplaning areas, including guiding passengers through security preparation. * Request and register **in English** arrival and connecting boarding passes, as well as origin and destination flight details (digitally or manually). * Participate in opening/closing swing gates and in assembling, disassembling, and relocating queue management computers. * Provide **in English** support by channeling complaints, claims, or suggestions, preventing conflicts, and ensuring user satisfaction, safety, order, environmental care, and terminal image. * **Please note that these duties are performed operationally while standing throughout the work shift.** **Requirements and Desired Qualifications** * Graduates in Commercial Aviation or related fields interested in the aviation sector * **Must NOT currently be enrolled in studies, as no accommodations can be made for exams or classes** * Must reside in Callao or its immediate vicinity **(mandatory and essential)** * ADVANCED OR FLUENT INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH (**MANDATORY)** * Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactivity, and customer orientation * Availability to work standing during rotating 12-hour shifts on a 4x2 schedule (WORKING 2 DAY SHIFTS FROM 7 AM TO 7 PM + 2 NIGHT SHIFTS FROM 7 PM TO 7 AM + 2 DAYS OFF) * PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION TO WORK IS THE AERODIRECTO BUS (or motorcycle if owned) **COMPENSATION:** * Base salary S/1250 + benefits + family allowance (for employees with children) up to S/1700 (do not forget to apply statutory deductions for AFP or ONP) * Base salary S/1250 + benefits (for employees without children) up to S/1600 (do not forget to apply statutory deductions for AFP or ONP) * Career progression path offered based on attendance, performance, and effective passenger handling **MONTHLY PAYMENT, END OF MONTH | FULL PAYROLL FROM FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,250.00 – S/.1,700.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside?
