**Job Description**
* Conducts physical and sensory analyses using predetermined techniques to meet service requirements within the department, complying with all safety regulations, quality control standards, organizational policies, and environmental policies.
* Participates in the updating or development of new methodologies, including method execution, result recording, data processing, and implementation of procedures and protocols as required.
* Operates, supports, and maintains optimal functionality of equipment and supplies related to assigned duties, and is responsible for reporting malfunctions or replacement needs.
**Requirements**
* Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sensory testing analyst for hydrobiological products and other food items (preferred).
* Essential Competencies: Practical and theoretical knowledge of sensory analysis methods.
* Knowledge: Laboratory equipment procedures and usage; safety regulations and traceability standards for sample handling.
