Job Summary: Professional responsible for comprehensive personnel management, including registration, hiring, attendance control, and compliance with current labor legislation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages personnel registration and personnel files 2. Administers hiring processes 3. Handles labor legislation and labor disputes Carry out personnel registration actions, payroll-related tasks, and those related to their safety and welfare during the employment relationship. \- Maintain updated personnel registration and preparation of employee files. \- Manage administrative and operational hiring processes (EMO, contract, delivery of regulations and policies, and onboarding). \- Manage and control contracts and certificates. \- Prepare and monitor attendance records, vacations, leave requests, and medical leaves. \- Process personnel registration, deregistration, and modifications in the T\-register. \- Renew SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. \- Operate Payroll Software (OFIPLAN). \- Deliver pay slips, payroll settlements, or other legally required documents. \- Support payroll preparation. \- Support preparation of presentations for information delivery to management, audits, and SUNAFIL notifications. \- Other duties related to this position. **Competencies:** Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
