We are in a growth phase and aim to strengthen our positioning as a B2B technology company, with focus on mining, OEMs, and emerging sectors such as agro-industry, fishing, and general industry. We seek a **B2B Marketing Analyst** to help us structure, create, review, and publish commercial and technical content aligned with our sales and growth strategy. Responsibilities * Design, execute, and monitor the company’s B2B marketing plan. * Review, update, and enhance the corporate website, ensuring it accurately communicates our solutions, capabilities, and value proposition. * Create, review, and publish marketing and commercial support documents, including brochures, technical datasheets, sales presentations, case studies, catalogs, one-pagers, and institutional content. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate technical solutions into clear, compelling, and customer-oriented messaging. * Support development of LinkedIn content, digital campaigns, email marketing, sales presentations, and prospecting materials. * Research market trends, competitors, technological solutions, and positioning opportunities. * Propose improvements to the company’s communication—both visual and commercial messaging. * Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to gather technical information and transform it into understandable commercial content. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of commercial and marketing materials. * Support planning of lead-generation campaigns and brand positioning initiatives. * Assist in Mintronick’s participation at trade fairs and business events, including coordination of materials, graphic assets, displays, presentations, and booth or stand elements. * Support preparation of the visual and commercial environment for trade fairs, exhibitions, and brand activations—ensuring consistency of Mintronick’s presence before, during, and after each event. * Measure basic marketing results: engagement, reach, leads generated, website visits, campaign effectiveness, and support for the sales pipeline. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, commercial communications, B2B marketing, digital content, or commercial support. * Strong writing skills and ability to transform technical information into clear, commercial messages. * Proficiency with design and content tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn, campaigns, web content, and brand positioning. * Proficiency in Excel or other basic tools for tracking KPIs. * Experience in B2B, technology, engineering, mining, automation, equipment, or technical services is desirable. * Experience supporting events, trade fairs, commercial activations, or exhibition material coordination is desirable. * Familiarity with WordPress, basic SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads, or email marketing tools is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable, especially for reviewing technical documentation, suppliers, and international technologies.
