This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team in the telecommunications sector! **Location:** La Victoria, on-site work **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Posting:** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering (**mandatory**). * Valid professional license (**preferred**). **EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE** * Interpretation of civil and structural drawings * Applicable regulations: * National Building Code (RNE) (E.020, E.050, E.060) * Safety regulations for construction sites. * Foundations and soil mechanics. * Civil works for telecommunications. * Construction processes and quality control. * Proficiency with tools: * Advanced Excel (quantity take-offs, reports, KPIs) * AutoCAD (drawing review) **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the proper execution of civil works on site, ensuring technical quality of civil works. * Manage and control technical and administrative information from the office to ensure schedule compliance. * Ensure compliance with: * Drawings and technical specifications; validate quantity take-offs and approvals * Schedule, costs, and quality * Coordinate with: * Contractors * Technical office * Clients and internal departments * Support project planning and monitoring, ensuring personnel and environmental safety. · We offer: * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth. * Employment with a growing company.
