Position Summary: At Beca Inmobiliaria, we are seeking a Construction Resident to lead and supervise construction site activities, plan projects, and propose improvements to construction processes. Beca Inmobiliaria is currently seeking a Construction Resident for one of our projects. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and implement the construction plan, detailing the critical path of activities and required resources, as well as the cost baseline, schedule updates, and project quality standards. * Review and approve project management documents, including technical files, detailed drawings, safety plans, permits, and reports, identifying and promptly correcting potential interdisciplinary inconsistencies. * Plan and maintain an updated Look\-ahead every three weeks, identifying the site’s critical path and the allocation of material and human resources required to meet the established construction plan. * Lead and supervise the construction team’s activities regarding performance, document control, costs, time, and quality, verifying compliance with budgets and deadlines as stipulated in the construction plan. * Regularly report (weekly) objective achievement status, as well as progress valuations for staff and contractors, to the Project Manager. * Validate and submit payroll information to the Accounting Department on a weekly basis. * Propose opportunities for improvement in construction processes to the Project Manager by identifying potential inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas of waste. **Essential Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer * Minimum general experience: 03 years * Specific experience: minimum of 02 projects worked as Production Engineer or Construction Resident on multi-family residential buildings * Leadership and conflict-resolution management skills * Knowledge of and ability to interpret design and construction standards and specifications, safety regulations, and Peruvian civil construction regulations * Proficiency in Lean Construction (Last Planner, Look Ahead, Daily Scheduling), AutoCAD, BIM tools, and advanced Excel * Experience with prefabricated components (pre\-slabs, pre\-beams, etc.) and tower cranes * Knowledge of occupational safety and health Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: S/.5,500\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Work Location: On\-site employment
