Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Customer Service representative to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers, maintain product presentation, and uphold quality standards. Comply with Quality and Safety policies As a **Multifunctional Customer Service** representative, your role will be to guarantee the best customer experience through: * Greeting and assisting customers by delivering excellent, charismatic, friendly service in line with company standards. * Ensuring product freshness, rotation, labeling, and presentation—both on display plates and packaging—with clean and organized workspaces. * Setting up display cases prior to store opening. * Recording and reporting product losses when applicable. * Complying with the organization’s Quality, Information Security, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. **Requirements:** * Exceptional service attitude: being friendly, empathetic, and charismatic is essential for this position.
