Actively participate in research activities and comply with regulations. **Field Assistant \- Green Areas** **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Field Assistant**, with proven experience in the management and maintenance of green areas, as well as in conducting research and laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate into a team and actively contribute to project development. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate in the planning and execution of field tasks related to the study and care of green areas and landscaping. * Assist in the collection, recording, and processing of samples and data in the laboratory. * Actively participate in research activities, following established protocols. * Maintain organization and order in work areas and laboratory equipment. * Document procedures and results obtained during field and laboratory activities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good practices in all operations. * Provide support to supervisors in overseeing field personnel. **Requirements** * Technical or university education in agronomy, biology, environmental sciences, or related fields. * Prior experience in the management and maintenance of green areas and landscaping. * Knowledge and experience in laboratory techniques and sample collection. * Ability to conduct basic research and analysis. * Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, with proactivity and responsibility. * Strong observational and documentation skills. * Willingness to travel to La Joya, or be a resident of La Joya. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration * Corporate benefits * Training opportunities * Meals provided Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Willingness to travel: * 100 % (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
